Future of Work for Pinterest

Whether you like it or not, the pandemic has changed the way we work. Many of us have adapted into working from home offices, cafes or co-working spaces. Pinterest was quick to pivot into the new paradigm shift. They commissioned Noravera Visuals to produce a video for their new initiative: PinFlex, which is born to promote flexibility to work. This initiative is created with the mission to enhance its employee’s performances by promoting them to work anywhere in the world.

The creative brief was to create three distinct “home workstation” sets based on potential professionals working for Pinterest: software engineer, minimalistic graphic designer and colourful creative. Lucy was heavily involved in throughout the whole production, from location scouting, art directing to production design. Her work is mainly shown from 0:50 to 1:00 on the final video which is posted on https://www.pinterestcareers.com/pinflex/.
